A Scandinavian Arts & Crafts Tapestry from the late 19th century, envisioning nine birds in a floral reserve at top, somewhat reminiscent of a mille fleurs setting, with a large cartouche below center, flanked by fields of small flower heads at lower left and right. Enclosed within a narrow monochromatic border. Wool with silk inlay.
