Kirghiz rugs are textiles associated with the Kyrgyz people of Central Asia. These weavings often include both pile carpets and felt textiles, featuring bold geometric patterns and traditional tribal motifs. Kirghiz textile traditions reflect the nomadic culture of Central Asia. A Turkic ethnic group of Eastern Turkistan and Kirghizstan. They make felt pieces of complex design through felt inlay, appliqu_ and embroidery. They weave ornamental warp faced bands which they into gadzari.
