Jozan rugs are woven in the Jozan region of central Iran, near the city of Malayer. Jozan rugs are appreciated for their refined appearance and balanced compositions. A village in Northwestern Iran, south of Malayer. Rugs from Jozan and surrounding villages are similar to early 20 Century Sarouk rugs with somehow geometric elements.
