Carding and Carding Brushes
Carding is the process of cleaning, separating, and aligning wool fibers before spinning them into yarn. During carding, the raw wool is combed using special tools to remove impurities and straighten the fibers. This step is essential in preparing wool for spinning and greatly influences the quality and consistency of the yarn used in carpet weaving.
