Zeleh Sultan is a common design of repeated vases and floral sprays. The meaning of the word in Arabic is Shadow of the Emperor. It was the title of Masud Mirza, a Qajar dynasty prince who governed the southern Persian provinces during the late 19th Century and early 20th century.
